How we work

The tool is the easy part. Keeping the line running is the job.

We build to a spec, then hold it

Every tool leaves the factory against a published specification for torque, speed, air consumption and weight. Those numbers sit on the product page so an engineer can size the tool before it arrives, and they are the same numbers we test against.

We answer with an engineer, not a form letter

Enquiries about tool selection, joint requirements or a fastener we have not seen before go to a product specialist. If the answer is that our tool is wrong for the job, that is the answer you get.

We keep the parts

An industrial tool is a multi-year purchase. We stock service parts and support the tools we sell rather than replacing a model every season.

We build the control system too

Through ZIPPTORK we make torque control and traceability hardware that turns an impact or pulse wrench into a measured, recorded process. It is the same engineering team, applied to the part of the job that happens after the tool is chosen.
