Air Scrapers and Air Flux Chippers remove bonded surface material that hand tools cannot shift efficiently: weld flux and spatter, adhesive residue, gasket material, floor coverings, paint, and light corrosion. A rapid, low-amplitude stroke drives a flat blade or chisel under the deposit and lifts it away, keeping effort off the operator and leaving the parent surface intact. ZIPP TOOL supplies the ZFC-2 and ZP232 air scrapers alongside the ZAS132 air flux chipper. These tools are used in welding and fabrication, shipyard and tank maintenance, automotive body repair, and plant refurbishment.
