- Torque Revise: Deviation & Replacement.
- Tool Torque Capacity Calibration: Easily set up TH & TL within the operable working air pressure range in minutes.
- Target Torque Setting: Any target torque value can be selected and input within the calibrated torque range.
- Working air pressure: Automatically adjusted to the corresponding target torque(Inlet Air Pressure between 100~120psi is recommended).
- Air flow rate: Only TCA/TCB has a digital flow meter. Turn the tool’s airflow regulator to the maximum position, and the system will automatically adjust the flow rate to the target torque.
- Bolting in stages: As required, set the bolting stages and the target torque percentage for each stage from 1 to 4. The system will regulate the air pressure and flow rate accordingly.
- Number of bolts: Preset the number of bolts to be fastened. Once all bolts on each stage are fastened, the system automatically advances to the next stage and adjusts air pressure and flow rate accordingly.
- Torque Compensation: The system will automatically compensate for torque loss caused by variations in bolted joint hardness, an increase in the temperature of the pulse wrench’s hydraulic fluid, or the operator’s posture while holding the tool, all within its allowable working air pressure range.
- Remote monitoring: You can monitor data on your cell phone, tablet, or PC, or set parameters on the torque controller via the Internet or Ethernet using VNC.
- Operations Management: Constraints: Access operable functions, such as logging the operator’s ID and operation duration, via permission settings.
- Torque Control Accuracy: ±5%~±15%.
- Job Sequence: Supports 10 torque tool presets for sequential bolting.
- Production Record: It can be accessed via USB or Ethernet, or exported to a cloud server via wired or wireless connections.
