(Also known as Wireless Rotary Torque Sensor – Square Drive Type / Non-Contact Torque Transmitter for Impact & Pulse Tools)
The TTES and TTAS Series Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer Square Drive is a high-precision torque measurement device designed for real-time monitoring of dynamic torque on pneumatic, electric, and battery-powered tools with standard square-drive outputs. It integrates advanced strain gauge technology with fast-response digital processing to deliver accurate, stable torque data even under high-impact vibration and rapid rotation. The wireless transmission system eliminates cable constraints, enhances operator mobility, and simplifies setup while ensuring reliable data transfer to controllers, displays, and smart factory systems. Built with rugged, shock-resistant housings, these transducers withstand continuous, heavy-duty use in demanding industrial environments. Their compact, balanced design maintains natural tool handling and supports easy installation on various impact wrenches, torque multipliers, and power tools. TTES and TTAS Series Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer Square Drive is ideal for automotive assembly, heavy machinery production, construction equipment, maintenance, and quality inspection tasks that require precise torque monitoring, traceability, improved fastening control, and enhanced productivity in modern industrial applications.
Working Principle
Torque Sensing:Strain gauges are bonded to an internal torsion shaft within the transducer. When torque is applied through the square drive, the shaft twists slightly, causing a change in resistance proportional to the applied torque.
Signal Conditioning:The analog strain signal is converted into a digital torque value by an onboard circuit.
Wireless Transmission:Data is transmitted contactlessly to a fixed receiver unit via RF (2.4 GHz) or Bluetooth — no slip rings or cables required.
Data Output & Integration:The receiver sends torque and angle data to a controller, PC, or tablet via USB, enabling real-time monitoring, recording, or closed-loop control.
Key Features
Square Drive Interface:Standard male or female square drives (e.g., ½″, ¾″, 1″, 1½″) for direct tool connection.
Wireless Data Link:2.4 GHz or Bluetooth transmission — eliminates cable drag and slip ring wear.
High Accuracy:±1 % F.S. depending on model and range.
Dynamic Range:Supports both static and impact torque up to 10,000 rpm.
Anti-Vibration Design:Reinforced and vibration isolation design for use with impact and pulse tools.
Real-Time Data Output:Torque, angle, and cycle count can be displayed, logged, or integrated into MES/IIoT systems.
